Conference fees include: Participation in the conference programme and all conference materials; lunch and refreshment breaks; the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner at the Roman Baths. Accommodation is not organised through the conference but information on accommodation in Bath is available here.
Reduced rates are available for Design Society (DS) Members. Your Design Society membership number will be requested when registering and paying for the conference at the reduced rate. If you would like to find out about the Design Society and joining follow this link.

Demonstration stand in the conference foyer
Delegates who have a paper accepted for the conference (either a podium or a poster paper) and would like to set up a demonstration of a creative technology, game or project can book a demo stand. Your demo stand will give you space for up to 3 A1 posters and a table. You will have your stand for all three days of the conference.

However, if you would like to pay by bank transfer we will need to prepare an invoice for you. Please email the main conference email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) using ‘Invoice Request’ as the message topic. Please state the registration fee you would like to pay, your name, affiliation and address.
After we have emailed you your invoice. Please make payment direct to the University's bank account. Letters and Cancellations
If you require a Letter of Invitation to the Conference for your visa application, you can request it after confirmation of payment of your conference fees by sending an email to the main conference email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) using 'Letter of Invitation Request' as the message topic. Such a letter does not imply any financial obligation on the part of the conference organizers.
Cancellation Policy – Registration cancellations or revisions must be submitted in writing by email to email@example.com.
Refunds will be allowed, based on date of cancellation:
- cancellation requests by 20th November 2017 – full refund, less £30 administrative fee
- cancellation requests by 31st December 2017 – refund 50% of registration fees
- cancellations requested after 24th January 2018– no refund allowed
